The Role:As the Taupo store assistant manager, you’ll help take the reins of our retail operation and helping to deliver great customer satisfaction.
You’ll:- Assist in leading the store and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales and service goals.
- Help manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, stock management, and ordering bikes/parts.
- Be a key player in fostering a positive, customer-first culture where team members feel supported, empowered, and motivated to succeed.
- Actively engage with customers, driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Be accountable for team performance, ensuring operational excellence at every touchpoint.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone with:- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment (or ready to tak ethat next step!), with a track record of achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and business goals.
- A passion for creating a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging with both customers and team members.
- Experience or strong interest in the cycling industry (a major plus!).
