Labourer Operator

You will be working as part of a crew responsible for resurfacing existing roads with chipseal or completing new road chipseal surfacing. You will be predominantly operating a roller and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently gained their WTR to put their learning into practice.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Class 1 licence + WTR are a must
- Class 2 licence would be advantageous
- A safety-first attitude - for yourself and the public
- Willingness to work late nights and some weekends
- Flexible, committed and reliable - will turn up rain or shine
- Previous experience advantageous
- Passion for our industry and the willingness to work hard and learn
- Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week
- Permanent long-term work
- Based at Higgins Palmerston North branch, Keith Street
- Upskill and gain further licences if required
