Based in Paengaroa, near Te Puke, we are an orchard development and maintenance company dedicated to building best-practice orchard structures and long-term partnerships with our clients. We are looking for general orchard workers and members of our cloth team.

The Company:Based in Paengaroa, near Te Puke, we are an orchard development and maintenance company dedicated to building best-practice orchard structures and long-term partnerships with our clients. We are looking for general orchard workers and members of our cloth team.
Our work is mostly based in the Western Bay of Plenty but can include other areas around the North Island such as Gisborne, Napier and Keri Keri. We will always prioritise your health and safety, ensuring you can complete your work effectively and enjoyably.
About the jobs:- General Orchard Work: As a member of our team, you will use your machinery skills and experience to develop and maintain orchards. Your daily tasks could include a mix of repairs and maintenance, this will include working in existing orchards and developing new orchards, as well as installing windbreak shelters, undervine structures and overheads protection shelters. We will always prioritise your health and safety, ensuring you can complete your work effectively and enjoyably.
- Member of the Cloth team: You will either have experience in constructing high and overhead shelters, or you are ambitious to learn. We are looking for two new cloth team members.
- Full clean driver's license.
- Proficient in using apps for daily maintenance checks.
- Experienced in operating any Skid steers, Tractors, Rammers, and Hydraladas or the willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Mechanically and practically minded.
- Ability to work independently when necessary.
- Willingness to travel outside the region.
- Ambitious and eager to grow within the company.
