Trade Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver - Queenstown
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Trade Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver to support our expanding Queenstown operation. This is a full-time role (part-time considered), ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, strong physical fitness, and a customer-focused mindset.
About the Role:This is a hands-on, varied role that requires multitasking, initiative, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely within a small, supportive team and be involved in everything from warehouse operations to customer service and tile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in our trade warehouse (and occasionally assist the showroom team)
Process customer orders: pick, pack, load, and invoice
Receive, unload, and sort tile deliveries (physical/heavy lifting required)
Pack pallets for dispatch and maintain a clean, organised warehouse
Operate a forklift (we can assist the right candidate in obtaining a license)
Communicate clearly with trade and retail customers – face to face, by phone, and email
Deliver tiles to customer sites (full driver's license & able to drive a manual required)
Actively seek opportunities to grow our customer base
Offer product advice and support to our trade clients
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A full NZ driver’s license (manual experience required)
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
