Are you an experienced digger operator ready to take on exciting civil projects in Whakatane and the surrounding areas?

We’re recruiting skilled operators for immediate starts with leading contractors. If you know your way around a machine and want consistent, rewarding work – we want to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:

Operating excavators (1.5T–20T) for drainage, trenching, bulk earthworks, and site prep
Working alongside ground crews to ensure efficient and safe operations
Carrying out daily maintenance checks and reporting any issues
Following site health & safety protocols

You’ll Need:

Proven experience operating diggers in a civil or construction setting
WTR endorsements and a Class 2 licence (minimum)
Solid understanding of safe digging practices
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and provide references
