Factory Worker – Furniture Manufacturing

We are looking for a motivated and reliable entry-level Factory Worker to join our furniture manufacturing team. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. This role involves assisting with basic production tasks, assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with assembling furniture components
- Operate basic hand tools and simple machinery (training provided)
- Sand, clean, and prepare furniture parts
- Help with packing and labelling finished products
- Move materials and components within the factory
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Follow health and safety rules at all times
- Carry out tasks as instructed by supervisors
- No previous experience required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic understanding of measurements (or willingness to learn)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworkin
- Positive attitude
- Good teamwork and communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong safety awareness
