The Northern RegionNorthern employs over 35,000 highly skilled clinical and non-clinical professionals. These include high rate of potentially preventable conditions, unmet health needs, and stark differences in service access.About the Role The Regional HR Support Services Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the regional HR Support Services team, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely HR support to the workforce across the region.This is a new and pivotal role, providing leadership to bring together existing roles, establish regional teams and drive the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose processes and ways of working.

As implementation progresses, you will ensure the askHR operating model, processes, and service expectations are applied as needed across the region in a customer-centric way. You will also ensure operational excellence so that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.About the ServiceThe HR Support Services team, is the first point of contact helping managers and employees with HR queries and employment matters.
As this model is established, the team will lead the implementation of new processes and ways of working, helping shape a seamless, customer-focused HR service across the region.About you You bring over five years' experience in human resources, including at least two years in a people leadership role, and thrive in environments where service delivery and customer experience are top priorities.
Ideally, you've worked within a customer-focused HR delivery centre and understand the pace, complexity, and importance of getting it right for both employees and stakeholders.You are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to translate technical processes into clear, practical guidance for team members with varying levels of expertise.
You build trust easily, collaborate effectively across the organisation, and are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.Methodical in your approach, you enjoy problem-solving and take pride in navigating challenges with patience and clarity.
You have a natural inclination to support and develop others, with a genuine desire to teach and empower your team to confidently use systems such as askHR.
