Beautician/Nail therapist

We have 3 positions for Beautician in our business. The position is full time permanent with a minimum of 30 hours of work available which may extend to 60 hours depending on workload. The payrate will be $25-$35 per hour.

The Beauty Therapist will need to provide Make Up Services, Skin analyses, knowledge in Skin treatments and body treatments to clients. The Beauty Therapist will need to carry out tasks related to Beauty as listed below and follow the procedures of the Salon to carry out the Beauty Services.

1. Provide services such as Facials, Head and Body Massages and Beauty Treatments
2. Application of Make-up and providing cosmetic treatments
3. Evaluate Beauty therapy and suggest Hair and Beauty treatments which will be beneficial & products suitable to customer based on Skin and Hair type.
4. Perform Acrylic pedicures, manicures, French nails and shellac polish, Gel polish and designer nails, Manicure, Pedicures, Nail Art etc.
5. Provide services related to bridal Make Up and Cosmetic Make up for other Events
6. Hair colour, Balayage, Highlights, Touch-ups, Permanent straightening, keratin treatments and Haircut, wash, and blow-dry.
7. Provide Hair Removal services like threading, Bleaching, Waxing etc
8. Handle Clients and discuss their Needs based on their requirements.
9. Accept training in Various Treatments and Services which are unknown
10. Increase knowledge across the industry and constantly update on new technology and products available in the industry
11. Communicating with customers and booking them for their Appointments
12. Maintaining Records for the Business
13. Following up on Clients Post Treatments to gauge customer satisfaction
14. Ensure Health and Safety is followed for all Treatments and Services
15. Cleaning the Workstation after every use and sanitising as required
16. May need to work Evenings and Weekends

Additional experience in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a favourable attribute
