- Non-Custodial / Communities, Partnerships and Pathways (CPP), you will join a small, experienced and supportive team responsible for managing a substantial and diverse portfolio of leased and owned sites across the country.
This role sits within the Asset Management, Infrastructure and Digital Assets Group and reports to the National Manager for Non-Custodial / CPP Property.You will lead the day to day management and continuous improvement of the portfolio, ensuring it meets operational needs and aligns with national strategy.
This includes managing leasing arrangements, acquiring or renewing tenancies, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, developers and other stakeholders in a complex, multi-site environment.You will also contribute to the implementation of national portfolio strategies, facilities management plans and governance processes, and lead investment case development for capital projects.
Working closely with business operations and project delivery teams, you will ensure diverse requirements are captured and delivered effectively.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceTo be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:Comprehensive knowledge and experience of managing a large property portfolio within a corporate or government environment.A proven track record in negotiating agreements to lease (including acquisitions), leases, rent reviews and other related property transactions.Advanced knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to the management of commercial property.Knowledge and/or an appreciation of the principles of energy, sustainability management and asset management planning.Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
Ngā painga | The benefitsThe midpoint of the salary range is $124,758 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $106,045- $149,710 per annum.
