About the role

Are you looking for a hands-on role where organisation meets action? Join our Health Records team and play a vital part in keeping essential patient information flowing smoothly—within both the hospital and our storage facitily.

We're seeking someone who is organised, energetic, and self-motivated, with a natural ability to think on their feet and manage logistics with confidence.

This permanent part time position will work 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE) Monday-Friday, hours of work daily to be discussed with successful candiate.

To be eligible to apply for this position you must be a NZ citizen or hold a residency or permanent visa status.

About You:

  • You will need to be physically fit as the role requires moving large volumes of files, heavy lifting is also requirement of the role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Basic keyboard/computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A current clean, full or restricted driver's licence is mandatory for this role.
