Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with one of New Zealand's well established PQS firms. They pride themselves on their work and provide a fantastic service to their clients throughout Wanaka/Queenstown, as well as Christchurch and some North Island projects.
They are renowned for their service delivery and love the construction industry. They operate in many sectors including light commercial, governmental and residential, with a mix of new build and fit out schemes.
Now they require a Quantity Surveyor to boost the team in the Wanaka office and keep up with the upcoming work load for 2025 and beyond.
This is a position that would suit a quantity surveyor with at least 5+ years of experience. To be a success story in the office you will be comfortable with the following.- Successful ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with the contractors, clients and PM's alike
- Cost management skills
- Strong Technical capability
- Dealing with finance institutions
- It savvy with working knowledge of CostX
- Contract Management expertise
- Exceptional eye for detail
