What You'll Do:
- Get stuck into heavy-duty tasks like site prep, trenching, backfilling, compacting, and concrete work.
- Handle manual labour with grit, from shovelling and lifting to moving materials.
- Keep worksites clean, organised, and hazard-free to ensure smooth operations.
- Work safely alongside heavy machinery, staying sharp and alert to keep the team on track.
What We're Looking For:
- WTR endorsements or Site Safe certification are hugely advantageous.
- Experience in civil construction or roading? That's a massive bonus!
- Physical fitness and a sharp focus on safety are essential.
- Reliable transport and a punctual attitude.
- Must be open to working long hours and occasional stayaways to get the job done.
