THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our blueberry team in Kerikeri in a busy harvest environment where productivity and consistency are key. No experience is required, but you are willing to learn quickly and work at pace.

As a Harvest Support Worker, you will be picking fruit, pruning, and carrying out orchard tasks to support daily harvest operations.

This is a hands-on role working outdoors under protective tunnels, with a focus on keeping up with the pace of the season and maintaining work standards.

This role is guaranteed 60 hours per fortnight, with extra pay for any additional hours worked. It is a fixed-term role until November 2026 and suited to people who can commit to a physically demanding, fast-moving harvest season.

ABOUT US

Pamu’s Blueberry Orchard is in Kerikeri, forming a significant component of Pamu’s horticultural expansion.

ABOUT YOU

You do not need previous experience - you are practical, reliable, and comfortable in a physically active role, with a great work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to keep up in a busy environment.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Shows up on time and ready to work
  • Can pitch in wherever needed and help the team
  • Can work on your own or with others
  • Doesn’t mind working in all kinds of weather

If you are looking for steady work in a busy harvest operation and can bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn, this role could be a great fit.
