Generator Technician

The role primarily would entail:

• Servicing, maintenance and repairs of equipment in accordance with MRL Power checklists, therefore ensuring all hire equipment is ready for use
• Refuelling of both MRL Power and client’s equipment as required
• Delivery, relocation and collection of equipment to clients
• Health and Safety Documentation re assessing client’s sites for potential risks prior to job commencement
• Welding, Fabrication and Fitting re manufacturing, repairing and installation of equipment both on MRL Power and client’s sites
• Rebuilding, painting, sanding and cleaning of both MRL Power and client’s equipment to ensure it is maintained to a high standard

The role may change in accordance with the overall operating requirements and development of both MRL Power and it’s clients

• Show initiative and have a positive approach to change
• Have a professional approach and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with close attention to detail

• Be an analytical/strategic thinker with an awareness of financial costings in regard to adjunct administrative duties
