About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our online business with day-to-day administrative tasks while also assisting with property management-related queries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for the business.

Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and records.

Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor communications.

Property-Related Support:

Respond to tenant or client inquiries regarding properties (rentals, maintenance, etc.).

Coordinate with property managers, contractors, or maintenance teams.

Assist with lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and documentation.

Track property-related expenses and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administration, virtual assistance, or property management support.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with property management processes is a plus (but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM systems or property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).

Knowledge of real estate/tenant laws (basic understanding helpful).
