Agronomy Technical Field Rep

Mainland Minerals is looking for a self-starter; an honest, hardworking individual who is passionate about agriculture and wanting to help farmers outperform their norm. We are looking for someone to raise the bar as an agronomist and sales professional and become the trusted name in Fertiliser throughout Central Otago.

You will work alongside a loyal and experienced team where full training is provided – but you need to bring your A game with a desire to succeed.

• Work directly with farmers to help optimise their production.
• Identify and convert new business to grow your territory.
• Spend time in the field seeing real results.
• Provide top notch customer service and be part of a collaborative team.

• Tertiary qualification in Ag Science or equivalent experience (preferred)
• A flair for building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently with good organisation and time management.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• The ability and desire to get results.
