We're looking for experienced Outbound Appointment Setters to join our small but capable team at Kiwi Energy Solutions and Christchurch Insulation— two award-winning, Christchurch-based companies committed to improving the quality of local homes.
About Us:At Kiwi Energy Solutions and our sister company Christchurch Insulation, we work to bring homes up to modern standards of warm, dry and healthy. We're proud to help create healthier living environments for families across the region, while delivering excellent customer service at every step.
About the Role:This role is simply to book appointments, making outbound calls using our CRM system to book in-home assessments from our extensive database. No Selling required. Our Sales team will take to from there. These assessments are carried out by our expert team and focus on home health and energy efficiency.
Several shift options are available. Working from home is an option.
About you:We need reliable, self-motivated individuals who are confident on the phone and have a strong track record in outbound telemarketing. The ideal candidates will have experience working independently and thrive on hitting targets while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Requirements:- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting
- Confident using computers and CRM systems
- Able to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong references and a positive, professional attitude
- Previous experience working from home is an advantage
