We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and hands-on Power Tools Team Member to join our retail
store. If you enjoy helping customers, working with power and hand tools, and being part of a fast-paced
team, this is a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Power Tools Team Member, you will:- Provide excellent in-store customer service
- Assist customers with product questions and recommend the right tools for their needs
- Keep the power tools department well-stocked, clean, and organised
- Complete stock filling, merchandising, and price checks
- Use store computer systems for product lookup and sales
- Work confidently on the shop floor and help achieve team sales goals
- A passion for power and hand tools (or a willingness to learn!)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Someone who is physically fit and comfortable handling stock
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Confidence in engaging with customers and selling products
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Drug free employer so must be able to pass a drug test
