About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on Working Foreman to lead the smooth and safe delivery of key site operations across various projects. Reporting to the Projects Manager and overseeing up to 10 staff, this role requires both site leadership and active installation work to maintain timelines, budgets, and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting daily site activity to meet key milestones
- Leading toolbox talks and prestart meetings with the team
- Managing site establishment, documentation, and QA processes
- Controlling materials, equipment, and resource movement
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times
Skills & Experience
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
- A trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within construction or mechanical services
- Proven ability to manage teams and workflows on-site
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solid computer skills and understanding of industry documentation
- Competitive hourly rate: $29–$32 (based on experience)
- Immediate start for a 3–4 month contract
