We're Hiring: Full-Time Operator (Travel Operations Coordinator)

Now we’re looking for a detail-loving, travel-obsessed, team-oriented Operator to join our crew and help us bring these journeys to life.- What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating with local suppliers to confirm logistics and details
Supporting the execution and updates of tailor-made itineraries
Responding to urgent issues and client needs like a pro
Assisting with scheduling and publishing social media content
Updating internal records and forms (CRM, reports, spreadsheets)
- What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Skilled with Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram basics)
A solid understanding of NZ travel and geography
Must have NZ Residency or Citizenship

Love planning trips and mapping out the details
Have a genuine passion for helping people and building meaningful experiences
