Are you looking to take the next step to start your career in Sales & Marketing?
We have an exciting newly created **Sales Support - Sales & Retention** role at our **National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland** within our Marketing team to support sales and marketing functions. A Sales and Retention Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimising new lead-generation and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an organisation.
If you have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a background in sales & marketing then this is the role for you! This is a **Permanent Part-Time** position for **20 hours per week**.
***Ko o kawenga*/ Your responsibilities:**- Support the sales and marketing teams with lead generation and qualification.
- Set up, configure, and maintain the CRM system, optimising processes and ensuring data integrity.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide user support within the CRM.
- Utilise market mapping data and the CRM to schedule and develop potential sales opportunities.
- Integrate the CRM with other organisational systems and collaborate with departments to meet specific business requirements.
