Surgical Outpatient Department Receptionist, Taranaki Base Hospital, Permanent Part Time
The Receptionist will be responsible for patient interactions in the Surgical Outpatient department, confirming appointments and general patient enquiries. The role includes supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.- This is a busy role, so will suit a person who demonstrates confidence and competence dealing with a wide range of people when under pressure

About the Role
We are welcoming applications from competent and professional Receptions who will be providing administrative support to staff and patients in our busy Surgical Outpatient Department. This is a part time position Monday - Thursday 0830-1630

About the Team/Service/ Location
Surgical Outpatients provides specialist consultations and procedures pre and post operatively.
The team consists of Consultants, Registrars, CNS , Nurses, HCAs and Allied Health
