Your proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused support will ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the service.From managing key administrative tasks to supporting all Service Managers within ARHOP, you will help drive efficiency and clarity across the teams, enabling them to focus on what matters most, delivering exceptional service.This full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.About YouYou're an experienced Personal Assistant who knows how to anticipate needs before they arise. Calm under pressure, superbly organised, and tech-savvy, you're someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism to everything you do.We are looking for someone who:Minimum 3 years experience as a PA or support to senior staff.Communicates clearly and confidently across all levelsCan juggle multiple priorities with grace and precisionIs highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Visio & Outlook)Has strong reporting, documentation, and writing skillsBrings a proactive, positive and discreet approach to their workThrives on continuous improvement and high standardsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
