About the Role:**

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store’s success through strong leadership, customer engagement, operational excellence, and team development. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with your team and customers each day.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Service/Sales Assistants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
  • Drive sales and promotional activity to meet KPIs and targets
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage store operations, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure the store operates safely and efficiently at all times
  • Train and develop staff to reach their full potential
**What You’ll Bring:**
  • Proven success in a leadership role within retail, trade, or hospitality
  • Strong customer service and sales focus, with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Experience in managing store operations and leading by example
  • Sound knowledge of safety management and improvement practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 25kg)
