You'll be working on a range of construction projects, carrying out quality carpentry work from framing through to finishing. We're looking for reliable tradespeople who can hit the ground running and take pride in delivering solid workmanship.
Key responsibilities:- Carry out general carpentry tasks, including framing, foundations, and installation of windows, doors, and fixtures
- Read and interpret plans and drawings to complete work to specification
- Maintain high safety standards and follow site procedures
- Work effectively within a team environment while also being able to work independently
- Assist with general site tasks as required
- Occasional Saturday work may be available
- Minimum 3 years' carpentry experience in New Zealand
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Own basic carpentry tools
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Site Safe is preferred but not essential
