A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Builder. This is a permanent role with great opportunities for developing your career. The varied role will involve helping us meet clear build Timeframes through the build process and training our apprentices to a high level through strong relationships with the Production Team.

• Managing the timeline of projects you are involved with in line with Schedules
• Liaising with our Factory Foreman and Production Manager through the Build
• Overseeing your Builds through the entire production process
• Supervising and training apprentices with good support
• Quality control, ensuring builds are completed to the required high-quality standard
• Strong emphasis on Health and Safety

• Proven building experience and trade qualification
• Ability to delegate and lead a team
• Knowledge of Health & Safety in a construction environment
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to program and coordinate in with our Build Schedules
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Be a true Team player and enjoy the building industry
• LBP can be an advantage but not necessary
