We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, forward-thinking Service Manager to lead our service operations for Ford, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi in beautiful Wanaka. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional customer service, smooth workshop operations, and a high-performing team of technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead, inspire, and empower the service team to exceed customer expectations.
- Maximise department productivity and profitability through effective management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider dealership team.
- Ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards while driving operational excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and innovation.
