Mechanical Fitter - Taupo

Long Term Job based in Taupo (Open to relocating?)

We're on the lookout for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a busy and growing team in Taupo. If you've got a solid mechanical background, strong skills in coupling alignment, and a current Site Safe, we want to hear from you!

About You:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
• Solid skills in coupling alignment and rotating equipment
• Current Site Safe card
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Great attitude towards safety and teamwork
• Full NZ working rights and reliable transport
• Relevant trade qualification (Fitting & Turning or similar)
• Experience in industrial or plant maintenance

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Welding or fabrication experience
• Forklift or EWP license
• Experience with shutdowns or plant upgrades
