This is an integral role within the team where professionalism, an ability to work under pressure and a positive attitude are vital.A typical day in our Health Centre will see you perform a range of duties including but not limited to:Scheduling appointments.Answering patient queries by phone and email.Managing referrals to specialist health care providers.Liaising with ACC units.Processing accounts.Maintaining medical files.Maintaining communications.Providing ongoing coordination, administration, and communication between patients and clinical staff is essential to being successful in this role.Due to the nature of this role, there is no option to work remotely.This is a part time role, 20 hours per week

You will be technically competent, a critical thinker, and a team player.
You will have the ability to remain focused and calm in high-pressure situations, which will demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional support to all internal and external stakeholders.Your experience in working with a diverse group of people will ensure you are able to communicate confidently with a range of people across all levels of the business.
