Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, providing accurate quotes, and closing sales. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive friendly, professional, and prompt assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide detailed and accurate quotes for moving services
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Represent the company at networking events or trade shows (as required)
- Proven sales experience (moving, logistics, or service industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional manner
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Reliable and organised with great attention to detail
