Select Recruitment** is on the lookout for a reliable, motivated, and physically fit **Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)** to join our clients civil construction crew in **Dunedin**. If you're ready to take charge and keep traffic flowing safely on local roads and state highways, we want to hear from you!

** In this role, you'll be supporting and leading traffic management operations across a range of **urban and rural infrastructure projects**, making real-time decisions and ensuring the safety of your crew and the public. You'll need to think on your feet and take initiative under pressure in this fast-paced, hands-on lead role.

**We****'****re Looking For:**

**Level 1 or CAT A, B, or C STMS certification (required)**
**Full Class 1 Licence**
Proven **experience in the traffic management industry**
A **safety-first attitude** and strong leadership on site
