About the Role:As our Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a dedicated point of contact for our most important clients. Supporting our dynamic sales team & ensuring our local & Australian wholesale & construction customers are having their needs met with seamless service, expert solutions, and proactive project management.
Your Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Excellence: Build and maintain a strong, trusted partnerships with our key customers, delivering unmatched service and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Project and Order Management: Oversee all aspects of order and project execution, ensuring smooth processes and timely delivery.
- Systems Management: Manage orders and processes accurately in our CRM system (MYOB Exo), maintaining high attention to detail.
- Support the sales team as required with quote and design activities to enable efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently, keeping projects on track and exceeding expectations.
We’re looking for a professional with:
- Technical Knowledge: An understanding of electrical systems, including switchboard design and layouts. And the ability to learn & understand some of these technologies quickly.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to connect, inspire trust, and build rapport confidently & with ease.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing processes and data accurately and in a timely fashion.
