Cylinder Test Technician/Filler - Christchurch

Our services are growing and we require a motivated Cylinder test Technician/Filler for our Christchurch based operations.

• Clean up and prepare LPG cylinders for testing
• Devalve and Revalve LPG cylinders
• Recheck cylinder weights and work with tolerance thresholds
• Assist team with cylinder repainting
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain/organise workshop and Yard to required standards
• Refill LPG and other Industrail gases
• Attend Walk-in customers and provided customer services to the highest possible standards
• Operate forklift when required
• Comply with health & Safety and company policies
• Other duties as directed from time to time

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem solving skills
• Ability to work with basic mathematical figures
• Strong focus on Health and Safety and Safe practices
• Ability to work with in team or independently
• Resilience and composure in high pressure situations
• DG and F endorsements desired but not essential

While not essential,previous experinece in manufacturing or processing environment will be an advantage.
