This is a hands-on role based primarily in South Auckland. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercoms. There may also be occasional support required across other sites within the wider group.

Responsibilities:

• Reactive and preventative maintenance of security systems
• Installation and configuration of IP-based CCTV, access control, and intercoms
• Support active network infrastructure (switches, blades, ToRs)
• System programming and commissioning
• On-call fault response on a rostered basis
• Accurate reporting, inventory oversight, and compliance with documentation standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry
• Solid hands-on experience with: Gallagher, Tecom, Integriti, Protégé
• Proficiency with CCTV platforms like Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec
• Sound knowledge of IT networks, switches, firewalls, and server environments
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and physical fitness
• A clean criminal record and full NZ driver's license
