Heavy Diesel Mechanic

**The Role**
Based in Taupo and reporting to the Service Foreman, you'll- diagnose and repair mechanical issues using cutting-edge diagnostic tools
- conduct routine maintenance, service, and inspections to keep our trucks performing at their best
- complete comprehensive job stories for correct billing
- collaborate with experienced pros, mentor apprentices, and continuously grow your skills.
This is a minimum 40 hours a week with a rostered Saturday. There is also an expectation to work after hours callouts as needed on a rostered basis, and flexibility to travel for work and training as and when required.

- Ideally, a Class 5 license (we can help you get it!)
- NZQA in Heavy Road Transport or Heavy Plant & Equipment
