Part-Time Financial Administrator

We're looking for a Financial Administrator to support our Property Management team. This is a varied role where you’ll assist with financial tasks and general admin to help keep things running smoothly.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with lease administration
• Support the Property Management team with admin tasks

• Experience in financial administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using accounting software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and sense of humour
• Property Management experience is helpful but not essential – training provided

• Flexible working hours (approx. 10-15 hours/week to start, with potential to grow)
