Customer Service Representative

Additional customer focused team member required to work in our family owned and orientated business.

Many of our amazing customers are in the elite group of being GoldCard members, so we are looking for someone who will deliver an awesome customer experience!

• Willing to go the extra mile to provide that awesome customer service.
• Have excellent customer service skills - friendly, welcoming and highly efficient
• Naturally charismatic, with good verbal communication skills
• The ability to understand and use computerised systems
• Have a basic knowledge of service station products such as petrol, oil, LPG and other goods would be advantageous though not essential.
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Be self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Take personal pride in what you do
• Not adverse to cleaning duties

Our business operates 6.30am to 7pm currently, 365 days of the year, it is therefore important that you have flexibility to work different hours and days across the week including Saturday and Sunday. Our current roster has one weekend off in every three, with either a Saturday or a Sunday worked rostered weekend.
