Part time Admin
About Us:
Mann Solutions t/a Linked Fabrication is a growing engineering and fabrication business supporting primary industry and commercial clients across the South Island. We specialise in conveyor systems, stainless fabrication, maintenance, and project support.
We’re looking for a capable, organised Part-Time Administrator who is confident working independently and is already proficient in Simpro and Xero.
Key Responsibilities: Job creation, management, and updates in Simpro
Invoicing, purchase orders, and basic reconciliations in XeroTimesheet review and job cost tracking
Following up on outstanding invoices and job close-outs
Managing admin documentation, job notes, and records
Supporting management with reporting and workflow admin
Liaising with staff and contractors regarding job information
About You: Proven experience using Simpro (Preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)Previous experience in an admin or office support role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously and meeting deadlines
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Experience in trades, engineering, or construction environments is an advantage
