ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our friendly TAB team and combine your love of sport or racing with great customer service. You’ll serve customers, process sports and racing bets, handle cash, and help keep the store running smoothly. We provide paid, on-the-job training, a supportive team culture, and competitive pay.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serve customers over the counter and process sports & racing bets
  • Use POS and betting systems with fast, accurate data entry
  • Handle cash; complete daily store tasks and reconciliations
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service; follow responsible gambling guidelines

  • Passion for sport and/or racing
  • Customer service experience (retail or hospitality ideal)
  • Tech-confident with accurate data entry

  • Quick learner who enjoys a challenge
  • Available for evenings and weekends; able to work at Naenae & Petone
  • NZ work rights; able to pass credit and criminal record checks
