Store Manager – Ice Cream Parlour
We are seeking a confident and passionate Store Manager to lead our ice cream parlour and bring our brand to life every day. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys creating welcoming spaces, and loves delivering thoughtful, high quality customer experiences.
You will be the heart of the store, leading a small team, setting the tone on the floor, and ensuring every detail reflects the care behind our product.
The role- Lead day to day operations with a strong focus on service and presentation
- Inspire, train, and support a close knit team
- Create a warm, memorable experience for every customer
- Manage stock, ordering, and visual standards
- Oversee cash handling, rostering, and basic reporting
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Experience in hospitality or retail leadership
- Naturally organised with strong attention to detail
- Warm, professional, and confident in leading others
- A strong sense of style, presentation, and brand pride
- Reliable and flexible, including some evenings and weekends
