Please click here to view the position description.About the Team/Service/ LocationOur team of Quality & Patient Safety unit is made up of a QPSU Coordinator, QPS Advisors, Risk Advisor, Medication safety advisor and Infection , Protection Control staff.For more information on living and working in Taranaki click hereAbout youAs a Quality & Patient Safety Unit Administrator you will require; Relevant health or disability sector experience with knowledge of health sector systems coordination, customer services, complaints management and/or incident management processes, Evidence of training or self-directed learning in relation to quality and patient safety systems and quality improvement methodologies.You will also need to be;Self-motivated, be able to motivate and influence others and be able to demonstrate credibility in administration / coordination dutiesFlexible and able to adapt and adjust your own behaviour and strategies to meet departmental and organisational objectives Able to communicate complex information and be tactful, diplomatic, authentic, facilitative and realistic;Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
