Immigration Star is a well-established Immigration law firm in Papatoetoe, Auckland New Zealand. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and workflowCoordinate appointments, client files, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information
Support the Licensed Immigration Adviser with administrative tasks
Liaise with clients, government agencies, and external stakeholders
Supervise office supplies, systems, and basic bookkeeping as required
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or three years of relevent working experience working as office manager in relevent industryStrong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience in an office management or administrative roleExperience in an immigration, legal, or professional services environment is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
