Industrial Electrician

About the role

As a vital member of the team, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s customers facilities.

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, switchboards and other industrial equipment
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults and malfunctions
• Installing new electrical equipment and wiring to support facility upgrades and expansions
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work carried out
• Collaborating with other tradespeople and engineers to coordinate projects

• Qualified Industrial Electrician with a current full NZ electrical licence
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Industrial Electrician
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to working safely and adhering to relevant regulations
