Graham Brown & Co is looking for a friendly, fresh-faced go-getter to join our Tokoroa office as our new Receptionist! About the Role:
As part of our reception team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone with a warm welcome and handling general inquiries. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, such as typing, scanning, filing, and maintaining a tidy, professional reception area and meeting rooms.

Every day will offer variety, and you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the day-to-day flow of our office!
