About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.
- Handle rostering, staff performance, and recruitment when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Prepare reports, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant experience, Preferred or Relevant Qualification, Preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
What We Offer:
- Salary - $25 To $35 Per hour and 30 to 40 Hours per week.
