This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.

You'll play a vital role as a Business Analyst, working closely with internal teams and external partners to understand, document, and deliver on business requirements. You'll help improve operational processes, drive testing, and ensure project objectives are met with clarity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document and simplify business requirements
• Conduct end-to-end process mapping and analysis
• Develop test scripts and perform functional testing
• Support project planning and change management
• Coordinate prototype development and stakeholder feedback
• Assist with business cases and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in a project setting
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
• Skilled in functional testing and requirement validation
• Effective time management and multitasking ability
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field preferred
