About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible team member to join our iFurniture Hamilton store. If you enjoy home styling, helping customers, and working in a friendly retail environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the right products
- Answer product inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales orders accurately and check stock availability
- Help maintain attractive store displays and keep the store tidy and organized
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
- Perform other store-related tasks as required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team spirit
- Good English speaking and listening skills to interact with local customers
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
- Must hold a valid work visa or residency
