- Operating machinery such as excavators, diggers, loaders, rollers, graders, watercart
- Trenching, bulk earthworks, and site preparation
- Assisting with drainage and roading projects
- Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Adhering to health & safety requirements on site
- Supporting the crew with general civil tasks as required
- Proven experience operating civil machinery
- WTR endorsements (minimum) - Class 2+ licences highly regarded
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Flexibility with hours and locations, as work may vary by site/client
- Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
