The job involves inspecting and cleaning Waiheke Island customers house tank water systems using TANKMANs specialised cleaning equipment & methodsIf you are a strong fit motivated self-starter who enjoys working with your hands and are looking for a new challenge, apply today to join the growing Tankman team.
This is a 40 hour per week position (8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri), but we are also prepared to accept part time for the right person.As a Water Tank Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, sterilising, maintaining and repairing water tanks, and gutter collection systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for operating our water “tank vacuum system” to remove the sludge from the bottom of water tanks, and our ground operated “gutter vacuum system” for removing gutter debris to help customers keep their water tanks clean.
The ideal candidate will need to be strong and fit, and have experience in plumbing, or construction type work, or having worked on the tools for a number of years. In this role, you will be working on customer premises so good English communication skills and a friendly customer service demeanor are a must.A full clean drivers licence is required as you will be traveling in a company vehicle between client locations.
