  • 6pm (no weekends or late nights) Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role As a Payments Officer you will be responsible for accurate, timely and efficient processing of claim and treatment related payment transactions.

This position is based at our Newmarket Auckland office.

A large part of this role is data entry, so you will need to be a bit of a whizz on the keyboard with an eagle eye for detail to ensure we get things right for our customers.

Some of the day-to-day activities in this role include: Authorising and processing payments for our providers in a timely mannerResolution of enquires (either over the phone or email)Entering and updating invoices into our systemTo read a copy of the position description, click here.

This is a full-time role (40 hours a week), working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
